About Heather
Heather grew up in Cornwall and after finding an interest in science, the human body and sports and exercise at school and college, Heather moved to London to study Osteopathy. After qualifying from her Masters degree, Heather worked in London for several years before returning to Falmouth in 2018 to work where she has specialist interests in neck and back pain, sports injuries, hypermobility, care of the elderly, and expectant mothers.

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise and body conditioning that works to increase awareness of your body and movement, to improve mobility and flexibility, strength, balance and include breathing training. Pilates promotes a connection of the body and the mind, which can increase an overall sense of well-being. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages with a range of different fitness levels and experience.
