ABOUT HEATHER
Heather is a passionate and highly qualified Osteopath with 10 years of experience, APPI-certified Matwork Pilates Teacher, and soon-to-be Personal Trainer (Level 3) and Strength & Conditioning Coach (Level 4). She is dedicated to helping people move well, feel strong, recover from pain and injury, to understand their injury and their body, and live life to the fullest.
Heather supports her clients through every stage of their journey – whether that’s recovering from injury, managing pain, building strength, achieving physical or health goals, or simply staying active doing the things they love.
what is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise and body conditioning that works to increase awareness of your body and movement, to improve mobility and flexibility, strength, balance and include breathing training. Pilates promotes a connection of the body and the mind, which can increase an overall sense of well-being. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages with a range of different fitness levels and experience.
